Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently for a large employee population as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
• Audit payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage employee payroll updates and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Analyze payroll information and generate reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Support employee payroll and benefits-related inquiries while delivering exceptional service.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Payroll & Benefits Specialist or payroll-focused position, ideally supporting 800+ employees.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and payroll data analysis.
• Experience auditing payroll and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practices.
• Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and reliability.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus, but payroll expertise is the primary focus for this Payroll & Benefits Specialist opportunity.
