Senior Desktop Systems Engineer - OnsiteGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Engineer - Onsite for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.As a Senior Desktop Systems Engineer, you will be accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds. This role is responsible for the M365 client suite design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment, and update mechanisms. The position requires extensive technical capabilities and the ability to work with a team of senior technical professionals in a high-paced environment.Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across iOS, Android, and Windows platformsDevelop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devicesManage the lifecycle of M365 applications and other business apps on mobile devices, including deployment, updates, and decommissioningProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related servicesEnsure compliance with security policies and industry standards related to mobile device management and data protectionMonitor the performance of the MDM/MAM environment and optimize configurations for efficiency and stabilityCreate and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and other IT teamsCollaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and support for mobile device managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly in the areas of MDM, MAM, and device managementStrong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologiesExperience with mobile device management platforms (MDM/MAM) for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devicesFamiliarity with security policies, identity and access management, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutionsProficiency in scripting and automation tools for device managementExcellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skillsExperience with Agile practicesDesired skills:Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSD) are a plusOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
