And your potential has no ceiling.We would love for you to explore what is possible at HUB International.Senior Account ExecutiveWe currently have an opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our Specialty Lines Construction Division team in our New York City office on a hybrid work schedule.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all account servicing duties on assigned accountsEnsures overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the client.Engage in new and renewal strategy meetingsPrepare Stewardship reports. Maintain renewal expirations, avoid any lapse in coverage, and solicit additional lines of coverageService accounts and provide claims assistance as needed including contract review and advise client on insurance requirementsDevelop high degree of technical, insurance, and risk management knowledge through research and attendance in industry seminars and continuing education effortsMarket standard renewals to include - submission preparation, obtain quote, negotiate premium and commission. This can include new accounts.Prepare proposals and presentations.Bind coverage, prepare binder and delegate certificate issuanceReview coverage, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverageMeetings with client as needed.Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiry, correct discrepancies and contacts client on receivable collection.Assist Senior Account Executive when requested.Assist with Senior Account Executive with Certificates of Insurance, Auto ID Cards, schedules of insurance, proposals on larger accounts when requested.Qualifications:5-7 years related experience with brokerBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceDetail oriented with good mathematical and communication skillsAbility to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insuranceProficient in MS OfficeAbility to work within designated time framesGood interpersonal skills & communication skillsMulti-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentNYS P&C LicenseWorking knowledge of EPIC preferred, but otherwise, the ability and willingness to learnAt HUB International, we are invested in your success - both inside and outside of work. Apply today.The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 annually to $110,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
