As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.48 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. CPR/First Aid is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
