Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources team supporting plant operations, hiring managers, and new hire onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset that will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 What's the Job? Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions, including Production Operators, Process Operators, and Maintenance Technicians. Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Partner with HR, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. Coordinate all logistics for the company's bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program. Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate records, and assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
