Executive Director, Head of HR & Business Operations Perm Division Our client is a global law firm with an office in L.A. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day office management for the office Maintain equipment and office supply inventory Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materials Undertake other duties/special projects as requested Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required 1+ years of Administrative Office support Must have some experience with providing Personal Assistant support Experience within Legal Services is a + Have a proactive mindset and like helping people solve problems Bookkeeping/Accounting Support is a + Must be open to working in the LA office Monday-Friday The salary range for this role is $55,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
