Employment Type: Temporary, ~1 year FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm

Job Summary: Own the operational backbone of our partner incentive programs deal registrations, co-investment funds, MDF, and referral fees with potential to convert to full-time.

• Triage and process incentive submissions within SLA
• Run Finance vendor onboarding and ensure accurate, on-time payouts
• Maintain reconciliation tracker and source-of-truth records
• Apply program rules to edge cases; escalate when needed
• Build SOPs, SLAs, and reporting for each incentive type

Requirements

• Background in operations, finance ops, partner/channel ops, or deal desk
• Meticulous with numbers and detail; treats late or incorrect payouts as unacceptable
• Organized across trackers, reconciliations, and CRM/spreadsheet hygiene
• Clear communicator with partners and Finance; persistent follow-through
• Comfortable with AI-powered or automated workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with MDF, co-investment, referral fees, or deal registration programs
• Vendor onboarding or AP/payment processing experience
• SOP and SLA documentation from scratch
• Salesforce experience
