Operations Specialist San Francisco, CA About the Job Role: Operations Specialist Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $25–$28/hr What You'll Do Lot & Queue Management Maintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow Vehicle Quality & Inventory Control Keep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy Ensure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards Reconcile physical inventory against system records and elevate discrepancies promptly Shipping & Logistics Coordination Manage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partners Execute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepancies Ensure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpoint What You Bring Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred) Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systems Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies Physical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environment Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environment Clear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informed Benefits Competitive pay + annual performance bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Why Ever and This Role Run reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S. Make high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocity Work with cutting-edge EV technology and build elite operations Direct ownership over inventory readiness Clear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Ever
