The facility has been fully renovated, offering comfortable break areas with shuffleboard, dart boards, foosball tables, floor hockey, basketball, and frequent coffee, treats, and snacks, as well as canteen vending options. A thorough new training program provides structured learning materials, hands-on guidance, and real-time feedback to help you grow your skills and advance your career. The organization is growing, with clear build plans laid out through 2026 and into 2027, creating strong long-term stability and opportunities for professional development. You can wear headphones while you work, enjoy a relaxed dress code, and be part of a culture that values both productivity and having fun.Work EnvironmentThe work takes place in a very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-lit facility that manufactures medical instruments in a regulated, but not clean-room, environment. The space is temperature-controlled, and the only required PPE is an ESD smock to protect sensitive electronic components. The current schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of occasional overtime, including up to two Saturdays per month or extended Fridays if the schedule transitions to a Monday–Thursday model. The atmosphere is laid back yet fast-paced, with build plans established through 2026 and into 2027, providing structure and stability. You may wear headphones while you work, allowing for a comfortable and focused environment, while phone usage is strictly limited to maintain productivity and safety.
