Position: Personal Assistant to Owner / Showroom Administrator

Compensation: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience (proposed range)

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Owner / Showroom Administrator to support the owner and leadership team of our established, high-end custom cabinetry business.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with responsibilities including assisting the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks, answering phones, handling new client inquiries, managing email communications, supporting our design team, organizing project documents, and maintaining a professional showroom environment.

Experience in office administration with AI leveraging is preferred. Knowledge of Trello, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is a plus. Cabinetry or interior design experience is helpful.
