Managing and coordinating project schedules and timelines with theproduct manager and production team. Process sales orders and perform inventory check on ERP system in atimely matter. Relay appropriate information to customers. Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems within a timely manner. Follow up customer inquiries and provide quotations. Follow up with the vendors on shipment schedule, quotation, and inventory check. Perform other related duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
