Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Move Coordinator to support an upcoming office relocation from Beverly Hills to Burbank. This temporary assignment will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition by coordinating logistics, managing vendor communications, and supporting employees throughout the moving process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics related to the office relocation project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for moving vendors, facilities teams, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate move timelines, packing instructions, and relocation updates to employees
- Track packing progress and assist with move readiness across departments
- Support inventory management, labeling, and workspace organization efforts
- Assist with move-day coordination and troubleshooting as needed
- Help ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations throughout the transition
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular project status updates
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented approach
- Previous experience supporting office relocations, facilities, operations, project coordination, or administrative functions preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
