Duration: Approximately 2 Months

Schedule: Part-Time, 25 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Move Coordinator to support an upcoming office relocation from Beverly Hills to Burbank. This temporary assignment will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition by coordinating logistics, managing vendor communications, and supporting employees throughout the moving process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics related to the office relocation project
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for moving vendors, facilities teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate move timelines, packing instructions, and relocation updates to employees
  • Track packing progress and assist with move readiness across departments
  • Support inventory management, labeling, and workspace organization efforts
  • Assist with move-day coordination and troubleshooting as needed
  • Help ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations throughout the transition
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular project status updates

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented approach
  • Previous experience supporting office relocations, facilities, operations, project coordination, or administrative functions preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
