Accounts Payable Clerk

Employee Type Full Time - Hourly Description Support Finance Department with accounts payable, and other general accounting processes as assigned. Monitor shared payables inbox, file purchase orders, receivers & invoices for matching/verification process Three-way match of vendor invoices; posting invoices into SAP A/P payment matching and filing Review and reconcile vendor statements Back-up to Accounts Payable Analyst for new vendor set-up Reviewing and approving expense reports through T&E system Review of freight invoices; coordination with freight auditor Assist Finance Department as required with month-end & projects Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency and cost-saving programs! Requirements Education: Associate Degree in Accounting or related field, or previous related experience. Experience: Two to Five years of relevant work experience Skills & Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills; Strong computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Office & Accounting Systems.
