Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you are responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining customer accounts in a timely manner. Responsibilities Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Process and send all necessary customer statements, invoices, and credit memos. Maintain accurate customer account information. Investigate and rectify customer account discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and positive manner. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; an accounting degree a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Prioritize and manage tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Compensation and Benefits Base rate: $18.00 per hour.
