Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring appropriate resources and referrals are made as needed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address clients' holistic needs effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients to ensure their rights and needs are met.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities to remain abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will touch a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing various ages and backgrounds. You'll have the opportunity to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, as well as providing family therapy and group workshops focused on developing coping strategies and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
