Housing Stability Case Manager

Bayaud Works in the Denver Metro area is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management to families at the Tamarac Family Emergency Shelter. You will identify housing barriers, develop stability plans, coordinate wraparound services, and connect residents to resources that promote housing stability and self-sufficiency. This full-time, non-exempt role requires documentation accuracy, collaboration with partners, and adherence to Housing First and HOST Shelter #J-18808-Ljbffr
