Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Providing evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team during regular team meetings, ensuring integrated care that responds to the complex needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
