Position Overview

Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually. Work Environment

As an onsite practitioner working in our outpatient office, you will interact daily with patients and colleagues in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities

• Execute individualized therapy plans for patients with a strong emphasis on early intervention and immediate evaluations, providing timely and effective care.
• Create a collaborative and professional atmosphere where teamwork thrives and quality patient outcomes are achieved. Engage actively with colleagues to foster a spirit of cooperation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvements, enhancing service delivery and patient care protocols.
• Build solid relationships with employers, referral sources, and payor groups through regular communication and engagement, fostering a network of support for our patients.
• Utilize clinical systems proficiently to ensure accurate and efficient documentation, coding, and billing practices, maintaining compliance with all regulatory expectations.
• Ensure adherence to the Florida State Practice Act, safeguarding the interests of patients and the facility.
• Drive key patient satisfaction metrics through attentive service and follow-up, making continuous improvements to the patient experience.
• Embrace the principles outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook, consistently delivering the Perfect PT visit to every patient.
• Oversee clinical outcomes and collaborate with staff therapists to address complex cases, ensuring that all patient needs are met comprehensively.
• Manage clinical workflows to optimize patient intake, referrals, and scheduling to maximize operational effectiveness and patient access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population dealing with various musculoskeletal issues, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Our patients range from active individuals seeking injury recovery to those requiring long-term rehabilitation and support. Your expertise will be pivotal in tailoring rehabilitation pathways that restore mobility and improve the overall quality of life for our clients.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate degree.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and offer logical solutions based on critical analysis of patient needs and clinical data.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to interact with patients and colleagues with professionalism and tact.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred, with strong skills in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical performance metrics would be advantageous.
• Previous experience building relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources to enhance care coordination.
