Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves working in a fast-paced emergency department environment requiring critical care skills, managing a diverse patient population, and delivering high-quality nursing care. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with a commitment of 3 x 12-hour shifts per week over an 8-week assignment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS; current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of District of Columbia; ER nursing experience of at least 1 year; graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN degree is highly preferred; travel experience is advantageous.

• Additional Information: The emergency department handles a varied patient population including urgent care cases, psychiatric, pediatric, and critical trauma patients.
