Job Title: Sr. Compensation Manager
Location: Chicago, IL 60601
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Sr. Compensation Manager to lead compensation strategy and programs across North America Operations and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer salaried and hourly compensation programs.
- Lead annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary structure development.
- Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions.
- Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, compliance, and pay-for-performance.
- Support salary surveys, compensation training, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in Operations/Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, program design, and applicable laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects; people management preferred.
- Korn Ferry Hay Job Slotting experience strongly preferred.
- CCP or other HR certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
