The Central Valley Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate telehealth sessions and in-person consultations to deliver mental health support.

• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic activities and interventions aimed at enhancing their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous records by documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our clinical database.

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development.

• Monitor for signs of child abuse and take appropriate actions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, connecting clients with necessary resources.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external agencies and services to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting individuals and families who face a range of mental health and social challenges. This includes parents dealing with substance abuse, children who have experienced abuse or neglect, and families affected by domestic violence. You will employ your expert knowledge in mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning to provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of these vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and counseling services.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for client interactions and documentation.

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Competency in addressing age-specific or specialty issues as they relate to unique populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems to facilitate service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
