Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering insightful information about clients' mental health backgrounds, challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and connection among participants.

• Offer crisis interventions as necessary, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure clients' well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for every client.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, ensuring your transition to our team is smooth and welcoming.
