We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. Compensation:

$16 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Prioritize interacting with clients over the phone, handling their service related questions and concerns. Support clients with billing and focus on retention.

Qualifications:

• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

• P/C License Required
