Position Overview: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Treasure Data is a technical specialist role focused on providing advanced platform expertise and implementation support to both enterprise customers and strategic partners. Responsibilities: Be the technical authority for Treasure Data platform capabilities, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges faced by customers and partners. Guide technical solution design and architecture, providing expert guidance on data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches. Lead technical deep‑dives and knowledge transfer sessions to enable customers and partners on platform features, focusing on technical best practices and optimal implementation patterns. Proactively monitor and optimize customer environments, identifying opportunities for technical enhancements and providing clear visibility into platform performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture documents, implementation guides, and best practice recommendations. Drive technical product adoption by assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions, advising on platform capabilities, and ensuring successful implementation of complex use cases. Provide technical leadership in partner and customer implementations, coordinating with implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity and best practices are maintained. Deliver regular technical status updates and recommendations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. Stay current with the latest platform features and capabilities, providing technical guidance on new functionality and potential applications. This is a hands‑on role – be ready to jump in and use the product from day one.
