Description - Your Mission Awaits

• Conduct a range of routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory tests in various specialties such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection, and prepare samples for laboratory analysis when required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, aid in training new staff or interns, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Foster a clean, safe work environment while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, along with ASCP/AMT certification or preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your employment is required.
