Find out today what a career with Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Boston Marriott Burlington can mean for you!We are looking for a positive, highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with all aspects of the accounting and data process functions in the accounting office for the hotel. The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure that all approved invoices are coded and paid accurately and on a timely basis.Primary responsibilities include:Responsible for accounts payableFilter guest phone calls and problem solve as relates to billingServe as main point of contact in accounting for vendors working to build positive relationships and navigate any billing issuesPrepare financial information and/or reports as needed for hotel department leadership and/or corporateCooperate and work closely with the company's outside auditorsAssist with related accounting activities including: periodic inventories, budget preparation and analysis, and internal auditAssist in inventory counts each month and quarter as neededStrong organizational and analytical skills along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environmentCompensation:$19.50 - $22.50Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
