Staff RN - Trauma Intermediate Care, Night Shift

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patients and families along the health-illness continuum. Key Responsibilities Performing initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments. Documenting nursing diagnoses and developing care plans to meet patient needs. Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, adjusting plans based on patient responses. Participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Qualifications And Skills Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) Registered Nurse licensure as per Ohio Board of Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Valid state driver’s license No prior experience required Additional Details Work in night shifts, with scheduled weekly hours of 36.
