Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role provides you with the flexibility to create your work environment. You will conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, with all necessary technology and support provided by Zenith. Your work schedule will be customizable, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities and personal commitments within a Monday to Friday timeline from 9 am to 5 pm. There is no on-call work required, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on evidence-based treatment methods tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate discussions with clients about their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to foster greater self-awareness and insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving personal goals related to their mental well-being.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions informed by clinical best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practices and collaborate on client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship concerns. By fostering a supportive virtual space, you will help them develop coping strategies and resilience, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical judgments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
