Starting base salary: $80-100K

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including internal communications, drawing development, client approvals, scheduling, budgeting, and ERP system management (INNERGY), while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and technical standards. They also handle issues such as delays or emergencies, clearly communicate contract details, and manage documentation and customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities

-Manage all correspondences internally, including but not limited to change orders, field ordering, and quality control of installation.

-Coordinate with team, production manager, and installation manager to ensure jobs are progressing on time and on budget.

-Manage the job within the ERP System (INNERGY), RFI, production, work orders and inventory.

-Collaborate with engineer draftsman to get the project developed and drawn.

-Present the draft drawing to the client for review and approval.

Requirements

-Must have woodwork and or millwork fabrication experience, either in residential or commercial projects

-Managing and overseeing materials, labor, time, equipment, and overhead cost estimates.

-Experience with INNERGY or similar ERP

-Associate degree or higher preferred
