Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques.

• Thoroughly reviewing patients' initial self-report questionnaires, sleep diaries, and intake notes to guide therapeutic approaches.

• Regularly evaluating and tracking patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date notes in our electronic medical records system.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with patients to address clinical and administrative concerns promptly.

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment protocols and best practices.
