Litigation Legal AssistantMusick, Peeler & Garrett LLP has an opening available for a Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of five years of experience to join the Costa Mesa office. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and a hybrid position (one (1) day work from home after 45 days), with hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Requirements:This position requires solid knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures with a strong litigation background that includes e-filing and calendaring experience. Must have knowledge of preparing tables of contents and authorities. Must have excellent proofreading and writing skills, and great attention to detail. Excellent administrative, follow-up, initiative, and organizational skills are required. Excellent typing, formatting, and computer software skills needed with specific knowledge of Word Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and iManage or similar document management system.
