We are looking for a talented Recruiter which will play a pivotal role within our Specialized Recruiting Group office, focusing on continuous recruitment to the candidate matrix and filling job orders with urgency, accuracy, and profitability. This position requires building and maintaining a strong core of contractors and candidates across various functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone and interpersonal skills, utilizing consultative recruiting techniques to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Candidate Management : Continuously recruit and manage a diverse pool of candidates to fill job orders efficiently and effectively.
• Contractor Management : Build and maintain a strong core of contractors on billing (COB) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent.
• Job Order Fulfillment : Fill job orders quickly and accurately, meeting client needs with a focus on profitability.
• Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
• Consultative Recruiting : Employ consultative techniques such as active listening, questioning, and persuasion to influence candidate decisions and drive recruitment outcomes.
• Adaptability and Flexibility : Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.

Technical Skills:

• Sourcing and Recruiting : Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Closing : Effectively close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring candidate placements.
• Internet Searches : Conduct thorough online searches to identify potential candidates.
• Basic Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
