Key Responsibilities
Visitor Greeting : Welcome families, guests, and vendors while enforcing facility security and sign-in rules.
Phone Handling : Answer multi-line phones, screen inquiries, and route calls to appropriate nursing staff or departments.
Administrative Tasks : Complete light filing, data entry, copying, and mail sorting.
Lobby Maintenance : Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
