Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' mental health and psychosocial needs.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Working collaboratively with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to monitor students' progress and outcomes.

• Providing valuable support and resources to families, ensuring their engagement in their child's educational and therapeutic processes.

• Adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standard of ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students of various ages who may be experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience working within school settings or with youth populations will be highly regarded.
