Your role will also involve effective communication between team members, vendors and customers, requiring excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and purchasing processes./liliAssist customers with order status, lead times, payments, returns, etc./liliPerform calculations and computations using known and standard formulas and methods (primarily using MS Excel and calculators)./liliProcess invoices and payments and receive shipments in ERP system./liliEfficiently manage communications, calls, and email communications./liliWrite and edit documents and reports, e.g. procedures and work instructions./liliAssist with various tasks and special projects as needed./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust currently live in Eastern Nassau or Western Suffolk County/liliAt least 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with exposure to accounting, AP, AR, bookkeeping, and billing./liliA Bachelors degree is preferred; an Associates degree is required./liliProficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) and general computer skills./liliExcellent written and verbal communication abilities./liliStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and stay self-motivated./liliAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude./li/ulpBenefits:/pulli401(k) matching/liliProfit Sharing Plan/liliHealth insurance/liliPaid time off/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pA Bachelors Degree is required, or an Associates Degree along with extensive experience./p/div
