You will primarily serve clients in a detox center setting, where clients may be dealing with substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments that provide a detailed evaluation of clients’ psychosocial needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver individualized counseling to clients and their families, with the objective of fostering positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers, including physicians, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate a comprehensive care approach tailored to each client’s needs.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources, support services, and patient rights.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Special attention must be given to clients grappling with substance use issues, necessitating a sensitivity to the complexities of recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.

• Competence in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
