Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather critical information concerning clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing recognized evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions based on clinical assessments and client needs.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the immediate needs of clients are met.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through shared experiences and information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
