Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilize diagnostic tools to understand their strengths and challenges, and inform tailored treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and delineate actionable interventions to guide the therapeutic process.

• Engage in collaborative care practices by working with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Implement crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments when necessary to ensure immediate safety and support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all therapeutic encounters in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Qualifications\n
