Executive Assistant-West Valley

Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a growing company in the West Valley who is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to several C-Suite executives, including the CEO. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite role. Compensation: Up to $95,000 annually Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives, including the CEO. Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive communications. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive documents. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners. Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, follow-up items, and action tracking. Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions to support business objectives. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems.
