• Location: Ashtabula, OH
• Start Date: Negotiable
• End Date/Duration: Permanent opportunity
• Shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday (average 17-20 patients/day)
• Hours/week: Clinic-based, 40+ hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology; ACLS, BLS required
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient urology consultation and follow-up care
• Perform or assist with robotic DaVinci procedures
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers for patient referrals
• Participate in on-call rotation (10 days/month)
• Maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support a team of 2 other urologists and ancillary staff

What You Need

• Required:
  • Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
• Preferred:
  • Experience with robotic surgical systems
  • Ability to see a diverse adult and geriatric patient population
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
