Associate Attorney

You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Compensation: 120,000 Qualifications Successful completion of the bar exam Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys #J-18808-Ljbffr
