Warehouse Supervisor

Summary Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Warehouse Supervisor for Legends Global Stockton. Responsible for the receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receives and issues food & beverage products to various locations Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders Assists recording month end inventory Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening, setup, closing and breakdown Under direction from Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Transfers product orders for all events Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees and directing work. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills and Abilities Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Knowledge of concession operations Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills). Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie) Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds. Computer Skills General Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Other Qualifications Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.
