Senior Revenue Manager

Providing enterprise leadership and expertise in Revenue Management, the full-time Senior Revenue Management Manager will define strategies and frameworks for pricing, assortment, and Price-Pack Architecture decisions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue growth, either in a hybrid capacity at the Westlake Village, CA office or remotely from various eligible states. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the enterprise Revenue Management strategy to align with corporate growth and profitability goals Lead the development of pricing strategies and frameworks that maximize profitable growth and enhance competitive positioning Establish key performance indicators and analytical methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of Revenue Management initiatives Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Pricing, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods Proven track record in developing pricing strategies and frameworks that drive business performance Strong financial acumen with experience in evaluating commercial opportunities through a P&L lens Bachelor's degree in finance, business, statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
