Position – Marketing and Business Development Manager Schedule: 100% in office Experience – 5+ years 100% paid medical dental and vision 100% paid parking Below are several key points to help guide efforts in identifying qualified candidatesFull?time Houston?based role providing strategic direction and hands?on execution across attorney, practice group, office, and firm?wide marketing and business development initiatives.Conceptualizes and manages client?facing events, sponsorships, seminars, speaking opportunities, and relationships with Texas?based and national organizations.Coordinates Texas?based media relations, external communications, website/blog/social content, legal surveys, rankings, and ensures accuracy of marketing materials.Works with client teams on pitches and proposals, prepares materials, rehearses presentations, and identifies thought?leadership and market opportunities through research and analysis.Partners with the COO, Director of Business Development, Texas partners, practice groups, and a seven?person multi?office marketing team to support firm growth.A bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of professional services marketing experience (legal preferred), strong writing and analytical skills, CRM familiarity, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast?paced environment.
