Come help us build the world's best fully managed and self-optimizing data lake platform!The Impact You Will DriveWe are looking for a Chief of Staff, GTM & Business Operations to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and help scale Onehouse through its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that blends: Go-to-market execution and operations, CEO-level strategic and operational support, External-facing leadership with customers and partners and General business operations and problem-solving.You will operate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership—owning day-to-day execution where needed and driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across the business.This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants broad exposure to how a Series B company is built and scaled.Please note this is an in person role, 4 days a week at our company headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.What You Will Do:GTM Operations & ExecutionOwn day-to-day tactical execution of go-to-market operations, including aligning sales and marketing plans, monitoring CRM health, and improving pipeline efficiency.Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure clean data, consistent processes, and predictable execution.Support deal execution, including pricing, approvals, forecasting, and late-stage deal support.Chief of Staff to CEOAct as a trusted right-hand to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives, prepare for key meetings, and drive follow-through.Prepare board decks, executive readouts, and leadership materials.Analyze business metrics and synthesize insights for decision-making.Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects that don't have a natural owner.External Representation & Deal SupportServe as a credible external representative of Onehouse with customers, partners, and stakeholders.Join customer and partner meetings, articulate Onehouse's value clearly, and help move deals toward closure.Carry the company's voice with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.Business Operations & Special ProjectsHandle a wide range of business-side tasks, including contract redlining, drafting press releases or announcements, and supporting strategic initiatives.Identify operational gaps and step in to fix them—either directly or by helping define the role/process needed long-term.Drive execution on high-priority, ambiguous projects critical to company growth.What You Bring to the Table:7+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or early-stage startup operations.Hands-on experience with go-to-market operations, including CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), pipeline management, and sales/marketing alignment.Experience working closely with a CEO or executive team, including board prep and strategic execution.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.Exceptional written and verbal presentation/communication skills.Comfort being externally customer- and partner-facing.High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.MBABonus Points:Experience at a Series A or Series B SaaS or data/infrastructure company.Prior experience supporting enterprise sales motions.Background in both consulting and startup operations.Familiarity with data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or developer-focused products.$200,000 - $225,000 a year How We'll Take Care of You - Competitive Compensation; the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $225,000 -Equity Compensation; our success is your success with eligible participation in our company equity plan - Health & Well-being; we'll invest in your physical and mental well-being with up to 100% health coverage (upto 75% for spouses/dependents) including comprehensive medical, dental & vision benefits - Financial Future; we'll invest in your financial well-being by making this role eligible to contribute to our company 401(k) or Roth 401(k) retirement plan - Generous Time Off; unlimited PTO (mandatory 1 week/year minimum), uncapped sick days and 11 paid company holidays - Company Camaraderie; Annual company offsites and Quarterly team onsites @Sunnyvale HQ - Food & Meal Allowance; daily lunch, in-office snacks/drinks - Equipment; we'll provide you with the equipment you need to be successful and a one-time $500 stipend for your initial desk setup - Child Bonding!; 8 weeks off for parents (birthing, non-birthing, adoptive, foster, child placement, new guardianship) - fully paid so you can focus your energy on your newest addition Pay Range Transparency Onehouse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed above and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are dependent upon several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, depth of transferable experience, relevant certifications and training, business needs, market demands and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Onehouse utilizes the full width of the range; the base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
