About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will serve as an operational partner, supporting the coordination of diverse business activities and enabling the CEO to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. This role is pivotal in fulfilling the CEO's commitments to various internal and external parties, including the Board of Directors. The Chief of Staff will have broad visibility into the organization, identify challenges, and develop solutions, and will be integral in meeting and agenda planning. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, humility, self-motivation, and excellent organizational and supervision skills. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of broad organizational experience in the healthcare industry. The role requires the ability to operate in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment, with a proven track record of sustaining order and structure to deliver results. Experience in a fast-paced team, supervisory experience, and a strong background in organization, diplomacy, and relationship management are essential. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for prioritizing and organizing critical issues, designing and executing the Annual Operating Calendar, and managing the Executive Team's operating rhythm. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with executives, and a talent for motivating and managing teams. Organizational and political agility, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are also key qualifications.
