Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to support the delivery of complex technology initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role will partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define product requirements, prioritize work, and drive execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to translate business needs into actionable product requirements while ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new product features and enhancements. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams to define priorities and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritized based on business value and delivery timelines. Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer needs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews. Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and user stories for both technical and non-technical audiences. Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively drive issue resolution. Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to validate requirements and support successful product releases. Use data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate product performance and inform future enhancements. Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and delivery expectations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or a similar product-focused role. 2+ years of experience supporting technology products within the U.S. healthcare industry . Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and analytical problem-solving. Experience serving as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery best practices. Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps using tools such as Rally or similar Agile management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, systems integrations, or enterprise applications. Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, cloud-based technologies, and technical architecture concepts. Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
