Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions that align with each client’s needs.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
