Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to effectively gather information about students' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in your practice.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans focused on students' emotional and academic success.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to ensure the well-being of students during turbulent times.

• Document all therapeutic interventions and client interactions in strict alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Lead psychoeducational groups, provide support group sessions, and engage families in the therapeutic process to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population served includes children and adolescents presenting with a diverse array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure the highest standard of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
