This leader will have a voice at the executive table while remaining close enough to the work to understand what is happening on the floor and where meaningful improvements can be made.

You are comfortable moving between the warehouse floor and the executive table, asking good questions, challenging established processes when appropriate, and bringing structure to complex operations.

You enjoy developing managers. You bring urgency without creating unnecessary chaos and can balance immediate operational demands with thoughtful, longer-term planning.
